1. 기기에 보관하는 정보
제품명, 분류, 구매일, 판매처, 금액·통화, 메모, 보증·반품 날짜, 수리 기록과 첨부 이미지·PDF를 앱 전용 기기 저장소에 보관합니다. 첨부에는 원본 메타데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱 자체 회원가입이나 영수증 업로드 서버는 운영하지 않습니다. 앱 자체 파일 암호화 또는 앱 잠금 기능을 제공한다고 주장하지 않습니다.
2. 선택적 Gmail 접근과 이용 목적
사용자가 연결할 때 Google 인증을 통해 gmail.readonly 권한을 요청합니다. 이 권한은 특정 영수증에만 제한되지 않는 Gmail 읽기 권한입니다. 앱은 선택한 기간과 영수증·청구서·주문 관련 제목 검색을 사용해 후보 메일을 찾습니다. 계정 이메일 주소, 메일 식별값, 제목, 본문 또는 요약, 지원되는 이미지·PDF 첨부를 영수증 정리와 중복 가져오기 방지를 위해 기기에 저장합니다. 모든 영수증의 검색이나 정확한 분류를 보장하지 않습니다.
메일을 보내거나 수정·삭제하지 않습니다. Google 비밀번호를 받지 않으며, 단기 액세스 토큰은 메모리에서 사용하고 앱 파일·로그·백업에 저장하지 않습니다. 인증 캐시는 Google Play services가 관리합니다. 연결된 동안 약 6시간 주기로 확인하지만 기기 상태에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다.
Google API로 받은 정보를 사용하거나 다른 앱으로 전달하는 행위는 Limited Use 요건을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수합니다. Gmail 데이터는 광고, 광고 맞춤화, 판매, 신용 판단 또는 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 개발자 서버나 광고·진단 도구로 메일 본문·영수증·계정 이메일을 보내지 않습니다. 사용자가 직접 공유·백업을 실행한 경우 선택한 대상에 자료가 전달됩니다.
3. 연결 해제·보관·삭제
설정에서 Gmail 연결을 해제하면 자동 확인을 중단하고 Google 접근 철회를 요청합니다. 필요하면 Google 계정의 연결 관리에서도 철회할 수 있습니다. 연결 해제만으로 이미 가져온 영수증은 삭제되지 않습니다. 저장한 자료는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 제품 삭제 시 연결된 앱 소유 자료를 정리하며 다른 제품이 사용하는 첨부는 유지합니다. 원본 사진과 Gmail 메일은 삭제하지 않습니다.
4. 공유·백업
공유 및 ZIP 내보내기는 사용자가 선택한 앱·저장 위치로 자료를 전달합니다. ZIP은 암호화되지 않습니다. 외부로 내보낸 자료는 해당 위치에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 기기 원본 및 외부 사본은 앱에서 지워지지 않습니다. 앱의 Android 자동 백업은 제외 규칙으로 제한합니다. 기기 분실·앱 삭제 후 복원을 보장하지 않습니다.
5. 광고와 구매
무료 앱은 Google Mobile Ads와 UMP를 사용합니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 개인정보 선택을 제공합니다. Google 광고 SDK는 광고 제공, 보안·부정행위 방지 및 진단 등을 위해 IP 주소, 기기·광고 식별자, 앱 상호작용과 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제품명·메일·영수증 내용은 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다. 자세한 사항은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
Pro 광고 제거 구매는 Google Play 결제로 처리합니다. 앱은 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 구매 정보·토큰·서명을 권한 확인과 복원에 사용하고 검증된 권한 정보를 기기에 저장합니다. Pro가 활성화되면 앱 광고를 제외합니다. 구매 처리·환불은 Google Play 정책이 적용됩니다.
6. 문의·변경
열람·삭제·개인정보 문의: [email protected]. 기기 내부에만 있는 자료는 운영자가 원격으로 열람·삭제할 수 없습니다. 중요한 처리 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에서 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy
QuickWarranty (kr.rikigroup.quickwarranty) is operated by RIKI WORKS. Effective October 29, 2026.
Local records
Product details, purchase information, warranty and return dates, repair records and selected images/PDFs are stored in app-specific storage on your device. Files may retain original metadata. We do not operate an account or receipt-upload server. The app does not offer its own file encryption or app lock.
Optional Gmail access
When you connect Gmail, Google grants the gmail.readonly scope, which permits reading Gmail, not only receipts. The app searches receipt, invoice and order subject terms within your selected period. Your account email, message identifiers, subjects, body text or snippets and supported image/PDF attachments are processed locally to organize receipts and avoid duplicate imports. It does not send, modify or delete emails. It does not receive your password. Short-lived access tokens are used in memory, not stored in app files, logs or backups; Google Play services manages its authentication cache. Periodic checking is approximately every six hours and depends on device conditions.
QuickWarranty's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is not used for advertising, personalization, sale, credit decisions or AI model training. Email content, receipt data and account email are not sent to developer servers or advertising/analytics tools. Only your explicit share/export actions send records to a destination you choose.
Disconnect and deletion
Disconnecting in Settings cancels automatic checks and requests revocation. You can also revoke access in your Google Account connections. Previously imported records remain until you delete them. Deleting app data or uninstalling removes app-local records; original Gmail messages and external backups remain. Manually exported ZIP backups are not encrypted and must be protected and deleted separately. Recovery after device loss or uninstall is not guaranteed.
Advertising and purchases
Google Mobile Ads and UMP may process IP addresses, device/advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostics for advertising, fraud prevention and service operation. Applicable privacy choices are provided. Receipt and Gmail content are never supplied to these tools. Google Play handles Pro purchases; the app does not receive payment-card details. Purchase tokens/signatures and verified entitlement information are used for purchase verification and restoration. Active Pro removes app ads.
